Taxes and duties are now available to be paid at checkout. If you choose this option, there will be no additional charges upon delivery. Otherwise, depending on your shipping destination, you may be required to pay customs duties and taxes when your order arrives.

What Are Customs Duties and Taxes?

Customs duties and taxes are tariffs or fees imposed by a country's government on goods imported into that country. These fees vary depending on the country and the value of the package.

  • Customs Duties: Charged by the destination country’s customs authority based on the product category and its declared value.
  • VAT (Value Added Tax) or GST (Goods and Services Tax): Charged by some countries on imported goods as part of their taxation system.

Who Pays for Duties and Taxes?

The recipient of the goods is responsible for paying any duties, taxes, and customs fees required by the destination country. We recommend you check with your local customs office for details on what these costs may be before placing your order.

How Will I Be Informed of Additional Fees?

Once your order reaches the destination country, the courier (e.g., DHL) will contact you to inform you of any applicable duties, taxes, or other fees. Payment of these charges is necessary to release your order from customs.

What Happens If I Refuse to Pay Duties and Taxes?

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes, your order will either be destroyed or returned to us. Please note that we will not issue refunds for items that are destroyed due to non-payment of customs duties and taxes, also the customer will be liable for the return cost of the package.
